What is the small shaded arrowhead-shaped symbol pointing to the runway on
the ILS 32 approach chart to Reno, NV (KRTS)? If the visibility is 3 NM
and you dont see the runway at your DA (6425), do you have to go missed?

It was a sound plan: Use your onboard datalink to avoid the widely
scattered thunderstorms embedded in the clouds. But now that a dead FIS-B
receiver has torpedoed that idea and stopping could mean a day on the
