Scenario ======== Theres no reasoning with a thunderstorm. It goes where it wants to and you go elsewhere to wait it out. This time the thunderstorm is right over your airport, so the question becomes: Where do you wait? Should you do as the airliners are doing for this airport or make your own plan? 7 May 2024 1830 CDT 1H0 Pilot Lounge From members at stlaviationmeetup.org Fri May 17 15:49:18 2024 From: members at stlaviationmeetup.org (St. Louis Aviation Meetup Members List) Date: Fri, 17 May 2024 10:49:18 -0500 (CDT) Subject: [Members] [Vans] RV build tools Message-ID: Caught an email today from a chap selling his fab tools. When performing turns about a point, at which point in the maneuver is the bank at maximum value? Scenario ======== Whats so hard about a little formation flying? Does it matter if theres also air-to-air photography? A request that started simply has ever-growing implications for airspace complications and collision hazards. Is there a way to dial back the expectations or build up the required skill to make a flyable mission or is this simply too much? 21 May 2024 1830 CDT 1H0 Pilot Lounge
