Demonstrated Crosswind Capability (DCC) of 17 knots. Approaching an
airport for landing on runway 24, you check the ASOS to learn that the
winds are 300 at 15 gusting to 25 knots. Is it a violation of the FARs to
land this aircraft under these crosswind conditions?
