First, a couple of items:

1) Pizza consumption has been intermittant and lacking for the past few
months, so we will have to discontinue.

2) As there were a lot of folks @AirVenture since the last meeting, feel
free to bring pics or items to shage! (A thumb drive would be simplest, ..
but HDMI or Screencast is also available.)

IMC 3 - Below DA or MDA

You are flying an instrument approach in IMC. At DA/MDA, you can see
approach lights but not the runway, threshold, or touchdown zone. May you
continue below DA/MDA and land?


Scenario
========

You're a controller who has concerns about a Mooney pilot trying to end
a long IFR flight after midnight. The pilot seems unconcerned - and even
offers to fly faster for better flow with airliners you have stacked up on
approach. Do you trust the pilot or your intuition that trouble is
brewing?
