The plan is to complete a night VFR flight from Groton, Connecticut
(KGON), to Hartford, Connecticut (KHFD).  Weather conditions suggest that
the flight might be safely conducted under VFR by remaining below the
overcast.  If the ceiling for the flight was 2,200 feet, could you fly VFR
direct from GON to HFD at 1,500 feet?
